With your permission, your Support Coordinator can be given access to relevant budget information to help them support you.
Your Providers can submit invoices to Kismet via email or our digital invoice tool. They can then track invoices through to payment. We will contact them and work with them if there are any issues with their invoices.

If you’re already plan-managed, you can choose a new Plan Manager.

Now, you can choose to register with Alliance Plan Management or Kismet Healthcare, either way, your plan is managed by the same Alliance Plan Management team on the same Kismet platform.
Given likely upcoming changes to plan management legislation, Kismet now offers registration directly under the Kismet name rather than through our portfolio brands. It’s the same team and the same service - the only difference is which name appears on your registration and account.
